Thank you!! I rly appreciate that, this fr looks so awesome!! So, do I need to put out a post answering the same questions you answered on that link? And then just do the rest (nominate 11 bloggers, notify them, put the logo on my post, etc.?)
Yes so you just need to do a post about it following the same structure as mine, and like you said answer those questions and nominate up to 11 bloggers :)
Great! No prob 😊 It’s very encouraging seeing other young people with such firm beliefs/faith, so it’s nice being able to share your work with others! I especially appreciated your post on biblical manhood, as that’s something that I think is very lacking in today’s culture :)
Hello hello! I'm a student pilot too!! :) although the door toward getting my license was closed a couple of years ago... maybe some other time! God knows. Do you fly low or high wing?
AYYYEEE thats awesome!! Hopefully you can get back into it at some point :)
At the moment, high wing. Personally I think low-wing planes just look cooler so I'm thinking if I have the money once I get my license, I'd like to buy a little Cirrus or Piper or something along those lines. So Lord willing, I'll be able to do that. But for now, while I'm in training, just high-wing Cessnas.
That sounds like an AWESOME plan!!! I hope you're able to do that!
During my training, I flew in two different states (we moved), four different airports, and with a number of instructors and planes. My favorite plane (and the one I soloed in) was a beauty of a Varga 2150A Kachina - still with original paint! I got lucky... clear ceiling, stick (MUCH easier than a yoke), and sitting in the middle of the plane. It was glorious. I feel like I can't see very well in other planes, especially high wing, so I definitely prefer low wing. Man, I really want to get back into it! Any tips for learning the FAA rules and regs???
NICE. That's awesome!! Sounds like a lot of fun :)
Hmm....yeah that's a tough question. Not long ago I just bought a FAR/AIM (the FAA rules & regs handbook) and tried to read it but it is SO thick and tedious I barely got like a quarter of the way thru. I picked up a Pilot's Handbook on Aeronautical Knowledge and an Airplane Flying Handbook (both official textbooks) and those condensed it down way more. Other than that, I would just recommend consuming as much aviation-related content as you can--Youtube, books, blogs, old pilots, etc. Honestly, that's helped the most for me. You just pick stuff up as you go along. (and develop an appetite for flying)
Nice! That's fun! He's a pretty fun guy - we're not super close friends, but I'm fine with that haha. It's a pretty small town... we're the only CREC church in the county. If you go to the Called conference, our pastor usually does a talk.
Yup... we're going to be in the same year at NSA too... his older brother is currently a junior and I'm close friends with his older sister.
Yeah I actually haven't heard anything other than that he's going haha. Yeah I haven't gone to Called either, but a lot of my friends (including Sam) have gone and had a great time. If you can afford it I recommend!

So do you know the Gonnellas? I know they also do LOS and they're from our church. Sam's a senior and Nate would be a sophomore.
Yes ma'am!! I have Latin with Sam, and we're on the same breakout team :)
thats crazy!! I had no clue y'all went to the same church.

Sickkk!! Yeah, Sam's cool 😎. Ohh okay, that's interesting. I've never been to Called but I want to go rly rly baddd.
Yeah Sam's been keeping us updated on him getting into NSA and what he plans to do and whatnot. Sounds awesome!!

Ohh okay yeah 🤣
fr, it sounds super cool!! Imma have to go one of these years
Nice, definitely!
I just read this again... and either you changed it or I didn't actually read it the first time, but this is really good!
thanks!! I did edit it recently, maybe that's why.
Oh… but is Latin reallyyy the best language???? I am convinced they were just trying to throw us off with all the unnecessarily stacked clauses 😭😭
I mean that's fair actually.....but still tho Latin is awesome 🤣
